House Rules
By booking you are agreeing to all rules.
-Guest are responsible for cleaning dishes and will be charged if you do not.
-Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
-No more than 4 guests and 2 dogs.
- No more than 1 cars.
- You must pack your trash with you as this is a rural area and there is not trash service. There is a dump 5 min above camp nelson or down the hill in Springville if need be.
- We do not allow cats at this time.
- Please note that there are seasonal closures and sometimes closures due to inclement weather and forest fires that can inherently happen due to the nature of the location. If you book during fire season august to October we we do not refund unless there are road closures and evacuation orders (these fall under airbnb's extenuating circumstances).
- To make phonecalls you need to use WiFi calling
