Who We Are

Hi we are Liana and Hans!

We left our education jobs to become Real Estate Investors. In the past couple years our buisnes has grown and now we are working on helping others achieve their goals.

Liana has Doctorate in Special Education and worked in Education for over 15 years, prior to Education she always was fascinated with interior design and has been helping friends and family and clients decorate and stylize personal homes and investment properties. Liana is very skilled at researching properties and their potential.
Hans has had his Real Estate Licence since 2005 and has always been passionate about Investing in Real Estate. He worked as a Science Teacher while growing his Real Estate Business.
